Tina Turner Museum at Flagg Grove School

Tina Turner Museum at Flagg Grove School

The newly-restored Flagg Grove School was once a one-room schoolhouse attended by a young Anna Mae Bullock (a.k.a. Tina Turner), which is now home to a collection of the “Queen of Rock’s” memorabilia, including costumes, gold records and even her high school yearbook!

You’ll also experience what learning must have been like for African-American students in the 1940s and early ’50s, including an authentic chalkboard, desks and benches preserved along with the structure.
