The Kannapolis African-American Museum and Cultural Center, Inc. (KAA-MaCC) seeks to be recognized as a national model for documenting, interpreting, and presenting local history and culture. We will build a museum and cultural center to serve, engage, and enrich the community.

Our mission is to collect and preserve the history and culture of African-Americans in Cabarrus and Rowan County, North Carolina. KAA-MaCC seeks to inspire, educate, and enrich communities through diverse activities to enhance quality of life in a cultural center setting.
